Inside a Wellness Studio: How HAVN Uses 25 to 32 Square Metres
A HAVN residence places the daily essentials inside a 25 to 32 square metre studio, then extends the living experience into shared wellness spaces. Each furnished apartment combines an open-plan sleeping and living zone, kitchenette, ensuite, balcony, work desk, fibre internet, air conditioning, and HEPA air filtration.
What fits inside a HAVN wellness studio?
The private residence is an open-plan studio with a king bed, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, balcony, work desk, timber ceiling, air conditioning, high-speed fibre, and HEPA air filtration. The apartment is delivered fully furnished and equipped for move-in.
The open plan keeps the main room visually connected. Sleeping, working, preparing food, and stepping onto the balcony happen within one legible sequence instead of being divided into several small rooms.
Why do the shared spaces matter?
The compact private floor plan works alongside facilities that do not need to be repeated inside every apartment. Residents have access to a two-storey commercial-grade gym, one indoor swimming pool, a cold plunge, infrared sauna, open-air yoga shala, Pilates area, locker rooms, and laundry rooms.
This division gives each residence a clear role while the larger exercise, recovery, and utility spaces remain available elsewhere in the building. All 16 residences share the same on-site wellness facilities.
How are the 16 residences arranged?
HAVN is a two-storey development on a 586.5 square metre site. Eight residences sit on the ground floor and eight on the second floor. The ground level also contains reception, the lobby, a retail space, management office, motorcycle parking, the lower gym, Pilates area, pool and deck, locker rooms, laundry, and a temple.
The second floor contains the remaining eight residences, the upper gym level, cold plunge, infrared sauna, and a second laundry room. The open-air yoga shala looks towards the surrounding rice fields.
What supports longer stays and everyday work?
Each apartment includes a work desk, fibre internet, kitchenette, and balcony. Laundry facilities sit on both building levels, while 24-hour security and on-site management support the building's day-to-day operation.
Owners who join the rental management programme can also use the residence personally for up to two weeks each year. The programme covers guest communication, housekeeping, linen, maintenance, and listing management across major booking channels.
What should you review on the floor plan?
Compare the available 25 to 32 square metre layouts by bed position, circulation, balcony relationship, kitchenette storage, work surface, and bathroom access. The floor plan should suit how you expect to use the apartment, whether that is personal stays, managed rental, or a combination of both.
Request the current floor plans and availability before choosing a residence. The HAVN team can explain the differences between units and arrange a project consultation.
